About Us
Vince Smolucha, a retired 3M Sales Representative with over 32 years of experience, has been a dedicated member of the Charlotte community since he restored the Green Springs Building in 1999. After marrying Lucie Greene in 2007, Vince moved to Burns and continued his passion for revitalizing historic properties around the Charlotte square. Recognizing the community need for local laundry services, he was inspired to open Lucie's Laundromat, a venture aimed at bringing convenience back to area and fulfilling the needs of the residents.
